Neonicotinoid insecticide is the fourth generation insecticide after organophosphorus insecticide, carbamate insecticide and pyrethroids insecticide. As the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAchR) excitant, there is a selectivity that the neonicotinoid insecticide acts on the nervous system nAChR of the insect, not only it has rather high-affinity on nAChR, but also it has the appropriate physical-chemical property, such as non ionization, medium water solubility and so on. Because of the qualities such as the unique insecticide mechanics, high-effective and low toxicity, etc., neonicotinoid insecticide becomes to a hot spot of pesticide research and development. As a high-quality and widespread insecticide in neonicotinoid insecticide, acetamiprid has the characters of high efficiency and broad spectrum, which could kill aphid, leaf hopper, whitefly, scale pests, plutellid moth, longhorn beetle, thrips pests, and so on. So acetamiprid is widely used to prevent and wipe out the pests in fruit tree, tea, vegetable, cotton, paddy rice and other crops.In this thesis, Consulting the relative literature and experiment data in laboratory and following the fundament of advanced technology, reliable craft, rational economy and optimal system, the design aimed at the resolvation of the problem of production technology and equipment in Sanonda Zhengzhou Pesticide Co.,Ltd.. Firstly, the technique was chosen and the optimal condition of the influencing factors (material mixture ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time)in technological process was determined according to the experiment data in laboratory. Then, the technics design of annual output 800 ton acetamiprid was put up according to the definite technological process: based on the produce of 1000 kilogram acetamiprid, mass balance was completed and the main equipments were selected, then energy accounting was put up to correct the heat-transfer area of equipments.
