Study On The Synthesis Of Insecticide Thiamethoxam And Acetamidine

Thiacloprid and Acetamiprid are the neonicotinoids class of insecticides. Due to its high efficiency, broad-spectrum for weed control, low toxicity crop and good selectivity, it is an important pesticide on the market in our country.In this paper, the synthesis of Thiacloprid3-(6-chloro-3-pyridinylmethyl)-1,3-thiazolidin-2-ylidene cyanamide, and Acetamiprid N-(N-cyano-B imino)-N-methyl-2-chloro-pyridine-5-methylamine are investigated. The optimum synthesis route is determined in this paper. And the optimum technological conditions are also achieved through orthogonal experiments. The best technological parameters such as reactant proportion, reacting temperature, catalyst, binding the acid, etc. have been obtained.The chemical structures and purity of two products and their intermediate were confirmed by HNMR, MS, IR and HPLC. And the single crystal of Thiacloprid and Acetamiprid has also been prepared by using solvent volatilization method. X-Ray test further confirmed their molecular structure.
