This essay summarizes the present situation and the normal way of viscous crude oil and high viscous crude oil transportation, on the basis of referencing chemical viscosity reducer document at home and aboard recently year. In the light of structure character, We design a kind of viscosity reducer which aims to the asphalt structure character of viscous crude oil, the viscosity reducer action is separating the asphalt from layer structure and liberating liquid component which is packed by viscous crude oil.By analyzing the statistical relationship between chemical compositions and flow properties of crude oils, it is found that the resin and asphaltene in crude contained a great amount of polar groups. abnormal extra transition metals and heterocyclic atoms. As a result of the intensive hydrogen bonds between polar groups and π -π electron interaction exiting in the aromatic sheets of resin and asphaltene, there are an unique overlapping structure of the sheets and the coalescence of the structures in crude. This article first suggests that the complexities between transition metals and heterocyclic atoms enhance the forces of association in resin and asphaltene molecule by hydrogen bonds. Under the aggregation, association and complexion, crude oils show a higher viscosity and density than ordinary thin oils. When the original hydrogen bonds are destroyed, the mutual coalescing reaction of aromatic sheets is partly broken and the complexes structure is inhibited by heating, forming oil-in-water emulsion, and adding oil-soluble copolymeric reducer or prior coordinating agent, the viscosity of the crude will be lowered.According to the characteristics of solution esterifiction, a higher acrylic ester have been synthesized by melt esterifiction as comonomer for making copolymeric viscosity reducers. This essay selects methyl acrylic ester acrylic amide and styrene which act as monomers of polymerization. In order to measure the effect of viscosity reducer test uses Talimu oil field viscous crude oil which acts as viscosity reducing property evaluation, the assay discusses effect of temperature dosageN whirling velocity catalyst dosage reacting time the proportion of reaction, and analyze reaction mechanism to paraffin asphalt in detail, viscosity reducing mechanism is suggested on asphalt in viscous crude oil based on the document and the experiment.Finally, the essay describes viscosity reducer molecular that has better viscosity reducing effect, using infrared ray graph to prove all kinds of groups existing.
