Improve The Recycling Of Corrugated Cardboard Efficient Way To Explore

Secondary fiber reuse has the profound significance, but the question of intensity droped in the reuse process also restricted its development. This thesis mainly discussed the enhancement to corrugated board reuse through different methods, slowing down the intensity descensus tendence bringed in by recycle.The second chapter has inspected the riffling to the effect of paper's strength and the changes of viscosity in the retrogradation. The study also indicated that the intensity of the riffling paper was better than the paper without riffling. During retrogradation,the fibrous loss of squeezing paper was small and the viscosity droped slowly.In the third chapter, the effect of the paper's strength through beating was discussed, and the fibrillation when beating to 21.0~0SR, 30.0~0SR, 38.0~0SR, 55.0~0SR and 71.0~0SR was inspected and also the strength was analysised respectively. The result indicated that as the beating degree's rising, the compactness, Richle, breaking length and also were all increasing gradually. It can be seen from this that beating can improve paper's intensity. But according to actual production, the 38.0~0SR or so was chosen.In the forth chapter, three assistants were used in the papermaking respectively, APAMR, cationic starch and YQ1210. The best craft conditions were determinated: Ⅰ .the consumption of APAMR was 3‰, the temperature was 60℃, the time was 1.5h. Ⅱ. the consumption of cationic starch was 1.0‰, the temperature was 60℃, the time was 2.0h and the PH was 5. Ⅲ. the consumption of YQ1210 was 0.5‰, the temperature was 55℃, the time was 2.0h and the PH was 5. The study indicated that enhancement of cationic starch was better than the other two assistants. The study indicated that enhancement of cationic starch was better than the others two assistants. The Richle and breaking length of the paper added cationic starch when the retrogradation came to third was well-balanced to the the paper without assistant before the first retrogradation. It can be seen that the enhancement of assistants to the reuse of corrugated board.The fifth chapter focused on the principle and methods of analysis of paper - machine wet-end chemistry using colloid titration technique. It also confirmed the amount when enhancement effect of the assistants was best, and explained assistant's enhancementmechanism theoretically. And the interactions between assistants and the pulp fibers wereinvestigated by SEM,IR,etc.
