In this paper, the research and application of the key technology on beating-up of the carbon fiber multilayer diagonal loom provide a solid theoretical foundation to the improvements of the modern three-dimensional weaving equipments. The thesis focuses on the research and discussion of the following aspects:According to the carbon fiber material characteristic attribute and weaving technology request, a set of carbon fiber three-dimensional equipments have been designed. The new beating-up mechanism can satisfy thirty layer carbon fiber fabric and achieve a beating-up purpose. Meanwhile, it can give the loom beating-up mechanism motion.Based on analysis of the carbon fiber structure special organizations, in accordance with the requirements of the carbon fiber structure, combining traditional beating-up mechanism, the plan can meet all of the requirements, it is concluded that the carbon fiber beating-up mechanism design scheme. The traditional loom beating-up mechanism has been optimized, and established the carbon fiber loom beating-up mechanism of mechanical model. As to the designed tools, Solidworks mechanism modeling method can well satisfy the design of the mechanism of the entity. Mechanism kinematics and dynamics analysis software need more professional analysis software to meet the requirements of analysis of the mechanism. Combined with institutions sequence diagram, the linkage beating-up mechanism, the 3D entity modeling. From a theoretical perspective will design to get 3D mechanism model diagram of theoretical research. Using virtual prototype software, the simulation experiment on from a theoretical perspective.Application of modern software design of weft of integrated design, which uses SolidWorks weft 3D modeling, using MATLAB for different beating up rules of kinematics and dynamics analysis, more intuitive explanation in different latitude case, bar weft operation more stable.In order to improve the beating up mechanism stability, of key components were finite element analysis, using Design Explorer module of ANSYS Workbench of the relevant parts of topology optimization and multi objective driven parameter optimization, in stiffness and strength can meet the requirements under the premise, the realization of the mechanism of lightweight, reduce the impact and vibration.The carbon fiber multilayer loom beating-up mechanism is set mechanical and electrical integration, control and textile technology at an organic whole, for carbon fiber composite material product development to provide an experimental platform for further development of new carbon fiber composite fabric processing equipment lay a solid foundation.
