Cosmetics Salt Emulsion Technology And Applied Research

This paper is study on the salt emulsification techniques and applicaton.With the salt content between 5 % and 20 % ,Screening preferable salt endurance surfactants,mixed system of surfactants and mixed system of surfactants and polymer materials.Obtained water-wrap-oil emulsification formula to suitable broadspectrum skin cleaning cosmetics. Also study on its manufacturing process and applications.Through making phase volume fraction—salt content phase diagram,it can be known the preferable salt endurance anionic surfactant type is sulfonate and sulphate.With the salt content higher than 5%,By comparison experiments,it is verified that mixed system of anionic and nonionic surfactants AES/APG has remarkable effect on improving emulsion stability and foaming capacity.The cmc of mixed system AES/APG is optimized by least square fitting,getting mathematical expression 1.0712=f (0.6200, 40) .Polymer materials SJQ, SJQN have the most remarkable effect on improving emulsion stability observed through TEM. It could be used as stabilizers in salt emulsified system to improve systematic salt endurance and support framework of system.With the study on the salt emulsification's formula and technique, it can be seen that the best formula is:the mass of AES/APG = 27 %, assistant component =10%,polymer material = 2 % ,NaCl = 12 % . The best technique is:emulsification shear force J₁ = 600r/min,J₂ = 9000r/min,emulsification tempreture = 75℃,emulsification time t₁ = 20min,t₂ = 20min,t₃=30min. After Bacteriostasis experiment on salt emulsification under this environment, results showed that have bacteriostasis effect to five cosmetic corrupt germs on salt when salt content exceed 8%.Salt emulsification techniques were applied to product bath salt and face cleaning salt. The best formula of bath salt is:AES/APG = 27% ,6501 = 3% ,SJQN=2%,glycerin = 3 %,refined jojoba oil=3%,lanolin= 2%,NaCl = 12%,distilled water for the rest. The best formula of face cleaning salt is:AES/APG =22%,MAPK=2%,stearic acid=4%, SJQN=2 %,glycerin = 3%,squalane = 4%,lanolin=3%,NaCl = 12%,distilled water for the rest. The products were applied to random population,more than 90% people were satified with theproducts,no skin abnormal reaction.That indicated that the routine use is stable andrealiable.
