Urban geo-environment assessment is one of most important part of urban planning and urban geological disaster prevention and control planning.Safety of Urban geo-environment concerns society's economical sustainable development, nowadays corretely assessing Urban geo-environment and maintening safety of Urban geo-environment are the front of Environmental geology.In this paper, Urban Geo-environment assessment is studied at theory and practice level based on systematical field-investigation and comprehensive research in the room, taking Qujing city as research region.Research has suggested that great changes have taken place in Qujing Urban Environmental geology influenced by natural and artificial function. groundwater pollution, groundwater level great decling in in Qujing urban,geological hazards etc are considered as serious geological disasters in Qujing city. High urban groundwater vulnerability, groundwater quality decling, engineering geology condition and regional stability changing greatly are main Geo-environment factors restricting Qujing city's development.Based on index system fixed of Urban Geo-environment comprehensive assessment,90 unites assessed are divided;Every unit's assessment-property-indexs are fixed. Urban Geo-environment comprehensive quality is assessed using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and two-distinction fuzzy Index method connected.On the whole Research showes that Urban Geo-environment comprehensive quality is medium-sized.Suitable foring of Qujing Urban development and Geo-environment is commented according to Qujing Urban Geo-environment comprehensive quality divided areas.
