Process Design And Development, Organizations Can Wear Knitted Garments

The traditional knitting clothing is cut into clothing piece firstly, and then sewed. To enhance the product grade and the whole performance of clothing, knit and wear knitting clothing are becoming more and more popular now. The proportion of knit and wear clothing in high-grade clothing market is increasing day by day. At present, a lot of computerize flat machines have been introduced, part of them can make the knit and wear clothing. But now, the products knitted by the computerize flat machine at home haven't entered into the market, the research is still in the digesting stage with the overseas technology. Now the main problems are that: the performance and the pattern design system of the knit and wear computerize flat machine haven't been mastered fully, and the technological design method has not been grasped completely. We didn't make fully use of the flat machine although we have bought. Basing on the pattern design system, the principle, the design method and hands-on craft of the knit and wear knitting clothing are analyzed in this paper. We make full use of the pattern design system to plan the clothing conforming to the trend of the times by combining the marketing. And we develop some ideally knit and wear knitting clothing. The technological design method which is simple and practical play an important role in the development and producing of knit and wear knitting clothing for the enterprise at home, and the research will be applied by the person of the same profession.
