For a long time, the heavy production burden of the Third Sinter and high return fine ratio of N0.6BF have become one of the main contradictions of ironmaking system of the Kun Steel. For a long period of time, The pratical fine ratio of the N0.6BF has been up to 10-20%, which is higher 5-15% than internal advanced enterprises and becomes a serious limit influencing the steady andsmoothly operation of the No.6BF.The Technology Center of Kun Gang and the Sintering Factory analyzed the internal reasons and putted forward to the resolvents of the problems, i.e., enhance the production line control, increase the strength of sinters and improv the finished product ratio.Theses measures indued: firstly, increase the contain of FeO of the sinters, find thefeat contain of FeO of sinters of the Third Sinter. Secondly, increase the basicity of the sinters; producing the strength is higher, the contain of FeO is feat, restore is better, the temperature of soften is high and the rate of restore -powder is lower. Thirdly, according to adding SYP sintering promoting agent, the intensity of drum rotatio of the sinters increaseed and the return fine ratio decdreased. Fourthly, substitute the anthracite coal with the carbon-powder, increase the fuel quantity of the sinters that is helpful to increase strength of the sinters.The text detailedly dissertates the research and practice that the Sintering Factory advance the strength of the sinters, lower the fine ratio of June 2004-June 2006.
