The mechanism granulation process technology is the main method to produce superfine powder and stirred ball mill is one of the highest capacity usage ratio superfine breaking plant with long term potential. For the purpose to make clear the stirred ball mill, we should take the study of ball mill mechanism and it's structural parameter.The breaking mechanism in ball mill process have been describe clearly and the metal power's change reduce to three steps. the main influential factors in the ball mill process have been pointed out base on the two classic ball mill models, there are eight controlled technological parameters, as rotate peed, time, diameter of ball mill media, grinding media/powder ratio, filling factor, ambiance in ball mill process, process control agent and ball mill temperature, and their effect in the process.The structure of vertical and horizontal stirred ball mill have been analysised in the article, and the flow field function, their relative merits. The author bring out the improve method to vertical stirred ball mill. In the end, the anthor have produced the zinc flake for high characteristic base on the front theoretical analysis...
