This method was subjective and had a Great impact by human factors. Bad environment inside the ball mill. Temperature was 50℃or higher, it was very easily to lead to dizziness and other adverse reactions when people enter the ball mill. Seriously affected the accuracy of measurement. So, studied a accuracy, cost-effective and in the case of non-stop ball mill can be detection the medium filling rate of ball mill, which will be improving products quality and reduce the intensity of workers and cut down power consumption.
