Large-scale Planting Of Neem Chunlin Yuanmou Environment As A Whole

With the in-depth implementation of Western Region Development, as a link between China and Southeast Asian countries, Yunnan has become increasingly prominent in the geographical advantages that investors have set their sights on this area. Hydropower industry, mining industry, paper industry and other industrial projects, locating on this laterite plateau, have been carried out prosperously. However, beyond all of this, every Chinese people should re-examine the practical significance and far-reaching impact of this "Gold Cross of Earth Biodiversity" on the process of China achieving the ideal-great rise. It is not exaggeration to say that Yunnan's biodiversity resource is the final capital resisting hegemonism and power politics, the firm support to China actualizing "Peaceful Rising", and the country's' core competitiveness. But, the richness of Yunnan's biodiversity resources associates with the vulnerability, meanwhile invasive species are gradually destroying the ecological barrier that formed by millions of years' evolution and threaten the ecological security of our country, which we must be clearly realize. Currently, with the high speed development, the bio-industry in Yunnan goes into a wrong way that is blindly importing exotic species without scientifically confirmed meanwhile high-intensity and large-scale planting artificial pure forest, which is the most serious challenge that Yunnan local biodiversity resources faced with, and which also cost Yunnan a tremendous price. The activities of rubber cultivating, eucalyptus cultivating, and neem pure forest planting, have make disadvantageous impact not only on the biological environment but also on the healthy development of the bio-industry. Therefore, the most urgent task is to take remedial measures in order to minimize the impact on local ecological environment and biodiversity caused by neem pure forest planting.For the reasons above, this paper bring forward ecological security should be upgraded to national strategic importance and point out biodiversity resources just like the firewall that resists the invasion of alien species and maintain the ecological safety. Firstly, taking neem as an example, the article discusses the biological effects of neem, particularizing the frangibility of ecological environment in Yuanmou, visiting pure neem forest planting site to review some details, and making the qualitative analysis of problems emerging during the process of planting; Secondly, the adoption of the quantitative calculation method to research the impact on plant diversity caused by pure neem cultivation, and find the cover degree is the key factor affecting under-tree plant diversity, with discussion of the impact on the under-tree animal diversity; Thirdly, an investigation analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively was carried out to collect, summarize, conclude the feedback about pure neem forest planting program from public, with The influence of plant on resource, natural environment, and society can be calculated by AHP; Finally, fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation comes up with the conclusion that pure neem planting project impact on the overall environment of Yuanmou in the medium level.In the end, this paper put forward sustainable development strategy which is suitable for Yuanmou dry-hot valley area and the exploitation and utilization of resources in specific patterns according to different regions.
