According to the theoretic significance and the applications of the mixed ligands complexes, this text mainly completed the following work:1. Synthesis. In mixed solution of aqua-ethanol, three novel transition metal ion (Ni2+ , Zn2+ , Cd2+ ) complexes with N-(2-propionic acid)-salicyloyl hydrazone (C10H10N2O4, H3L) and imidazole (C3H4N2, Im) have been synthesized, and their single crystals were obtained. Eleven rare earth complexes containing 2, 6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid (H2PDA) and H3L have been synthesized. Two of them have been determined by X-ray single diffraction. And nine mixed ligand complexes RE2(HL)(L)(inic)·4H2O (RE = La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Er,Tb)also have been obtained.2. Characterization. The structures and photo-physical properties of these complexes obtainted above have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum, UV-Vis spectrum, Excitation spectrum, X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray single diffraction and TG-DTG, the composing of the complexes are confirmed. Furthermore, the crystal structures of some complexes have been determined.3. Property measurement. The bioactivity against coliform of the complexes RE2(HL)(L)(inic)·4H2O(RE = La,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd)and Zn(HL)(Im)·H2O are tested by Photoelectric Turbidimetry method. The complexes Nd2(HL)(L) (inic)·4H2O, Ni(HL)(Im)2H2O and Zn(HL)(Im)H2O are selected to test for antimicrobial activity against Puccinia striiformis Westendorp by spore sprout method. DNA binding mechanisms of the complexes are observed by UV-Vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum analysis. |
