The main content that the problem studies is according to numerical control machine tool technology current situation in the homeland, incorporating the commonness needs of the factory in the homeland, collating the condition that the centre of numerical control process, developing the centre of numerical control process that having strongly general availability, nimbly handle, easily extended.According to the commonness needs of the factory in the homeland, the paper construct the centre of numerical control process with the pattern of much machine communication with Ethernet that high reliability, quick transmission speed, low hardware cost, better software-compatible sex. First, The interface that most numerical control machine tool provided is RS232 or RS485. To receiving the Ethernet data by numerical control machine, in the field of a hardware, this paper has designed two converters(RS232-TCP/IP RS485-TCP/IP). The net chip that the converters adopt is CP2200. Using CP2200 can reduce the difficulty of developing embedded system' s software. For raising hardware' s reliability, this paper connects every chip data figure with TLP521. In the field of the software, for improving the execution speed of embedded system, this paper has added WINDOWS event-driven mechanism. To raising reliability of embedded system, this paper has carried out designing for reliability of the PCB board and the software designs of embedded system. To managing the NC code better, this paper has designed the software of the centre of numerical control process.The success processing of the centre of numerical control process accumulated much experience for the development of the centre of numerical control process. At the same time, this provided the reference for the usage in the field of numerical control technology.
