How to deal with the relationship between human beings and our nature, oureconomy and environment has long been a problem concerning human beings'development. In this civilized but polluted society, seeking environment justice hasbecome every country's obvious choice. Whereas, with disparities in prosperity, developed countries and developing ones have formed very different views and interestson environment justice, which in turn has caused numerous international environmentalconflictions, worsen the global environment as well as threatened many lives ofdeveloping countries. Now it is time for international society finding ways to dispenseenvironmental rights and responsibilities justly and properly. Firstly, internationalenvironment justice principles should be set up to close the gap between the South and theNorth. But that in no way means unitary ones. John Rowls's justice theory which hasbeen known as a multiple theory can be used for reference. Then a just internationalenvironmental system is needed to strengthen and practise these principles. What's more,to our developing country, we must always keep alert on international injustice and makeour efforts to build a justice world.
