Inhabited by human being, centralized by economies and social activities, the city pays an important role in country and region life. A study about urban ecological environment takes an inestimable meaning in solving the survival and development of human being. Development of city is irreversible, so we must pay enormous cost and long time to solve some problems such as population, housing, traffic, environment and so on which induced by expanding of city size. In order to avoid the blindness of development, we should take a sustainable evaluation to urban ecological environment.Sustainable development of urban eco-environment deals with three factors such as economy, society and nature which are getting together. Based on sustainable development theory and complex ecosystem theory, this paper founded an appraisal system on the sustainable development of urban eco-environment to Qingzhen, a young city in Guizhou province. Using specialist score making method, analytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy multistage synthetically appraisal method, we valued the development level of ecological environment to Qingzhen city, founded a model to describe sustainable development of urban eco-environment, calculated the values on sustainable development of urban eco-environment, and took some analyses such as phase of sustainable development, harmony, sustainability and evaluation factors. The results show the sustainability of ecological environment in Qingzhen city is located at a lower lever.Finally, based on actual conditions and limiting factors of Qingzhen, this paper shows some opinions on how to realize sustainable development of urban eco-environment and some related measures.
