At present, Extension and Application of advanced Technology are becoming more and more essential in each trades development. Facing the severe market competition , the Design and the production mode of traditional manufacturing can't meet many kind of business requirement in the field of manufacture. Rapid Prototyping Technology is come out to meet this demand and has wider application prospect in the development of the product. in recent years, RPT applianced into the mold-making is a completely new technology, thus Technology of Rapid Metal mold-making is currently one of the important analysing direction, The research of metal powder laser sintering is a hot topic in developed countries. Just according to the market need and technology, This text is research deeply the technical processing on how to use SLS technology to make mold-making rapidly.After experiment on technology optimization, this text developed production technology about polymer-coated stainless steel Powder through selecting 316L corrosion resistant steel powder and suitable organic coating materials. The optimum technology parameters were obtained by orthogonal tests on the base of sintering above-mentioned experiment, the main parameters that the laser powder is 15W,the scanning speed is 1000mm/s,the powder thickness is 0.10mm and the average size of powder particle diameter is 45μm. and analysed the property of polymer-coated stainless steel powder combining the technology parameters.The optimum technological parameters of after-treating are selected through experiment on Metal Forming by Laser Rapid Prototyping which greatly improves properties of the metal after-treating. the debinding elevation of temperature velocity(Vc) should be 200℃/h; the debinding heat temperature(Tc) should be 300℃; And Metal Injection Mould is made out which accord with usage requirement. Than mechanical test and analysis on Metal Forming has quite important reference meaning for us achieve stable and reliable and big scale technology condition. The tensile strength of the high temperature sintering part is 207Mpa, the elongation is 12%, The tensile strength of the copper-infiltrated part is 390Mpa, the elongation is 9%, This,technique can be utilised to quick manufacte injection mold, Casting mold and other Metal mold or Parts.
