| Select laser sintering is one kind of rapid prototyping, which formed powder materials by using power of infrared laser.It has become a research focus,while it can obtains functional components with direct laser sintering of engineering materials(powder of plastic and metal.etc).As an important processing method of rapid prototyping,SLS is given more and more attention.Beginning with the theory of the conduction of laser sintering, theoretic calculation is carried out in this paper.Based on the experiments of laser sintering,basic processing research was made, also the processing parameters obtained from the experiments are promoting the accomplishment of the integrated design of stereo photo lithography system. The main work proposed as follows:1. Based on the theory of the conduction of point heat source, the conduction equation of Gaussian heat source for the sintering of powder material is preliminarily established.through the anlysis of theory and experiment,in order to obtain relative thermophysical parameters of the powder,thus the mathematical model of temperature distribution to this powder material was established.2. Associated with the processing principle of SLS, an experimental system is constructed。3. By using the constructed experimental system ,laser sintering experiment was carried out with the selected material.through the sintering experiment of point and line,the regulation was obtained ,which is the laser power,velocity,compactness and defocusing amount affect the sintering results. Also the optimum parameters was obtained to the material.4. Based on the optimum parameters from the experiments, integrated design of stereo photo lithography system was promoted,and the emphasis are the designs of laser scanning pattern and mechanical drive part.Through these work, the model of heat conduction was established,also the temperature distribution was caculated and simulated,this provided the basis for the optimization of processing parameter.and this methods provide theoretical basis for other materials'.meanwhile , the integrated design of stereo photo lithography system provide the basis for the further system development. |
