We studied it deeply and systematically and developed it to a new drug to alleviate sufferers pain.Firstly, we studied the sources and qualities of the herbs in the prescription. In the naphtha extracting research, we referred extraction rate as the marker, and studied the extraction process with L₉(3⁴) orthogonal experiments by SFE-CO₂(CO₂ Supercritical Fluid Extraction ). And the best extraction process is that: the extracting temperature at 40℃, the extraction pressure at 15MPa, the analysis temperature at 50℃,the analysis pressure at 6MPa, extracting 2h, the flow velocity of carbon dioxide is 22L/h.We referred the inclusion rate as markers, and studied the inclusion technology of naphtha with L₉(3⁴) orthogonal experiments. The best inclusion technology is that: the best technique ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD ) inclusion process isβ-CD with oil quality ratio 14 : 1,two times volume water and grinding 1 hour. We studied the extraction technology of ethanol soluble ingredients with refluxing extracting method. And taking the quantity of total saponin and the quantity of total anthoxanthin as markers, we optimized the extraction technology. And the best technology is that: 6 times of 60% alcohol refluxing extracting 1 times (2 hour each time ). We studied the extraction technology of water soluble ingredients in the herbs with decoction method. Ferulic acid was purified by extracting with different solvents. Taking the quantity of ferulic acid as the marker, we optimized the exacting technology with L₉(3⁴) orthogonal experiments. And the best technology is that: twelve times volumes water, decocting 3 times and 1h for each time. The validating experiments indicated that all of the optimal technologies are stable and suitable for industrial production.We studied the supplementary materials and their amount by single factor method. The suitable supplementary material is L-HPC, and its amount is 3% of total quantity. And the validating experiments indicated that the optimal technology is viable.In the research of quality standard, we differentiated qualitively ginseng, astragalus root and cattail pollen by TLC. We collected and purified notoginsenosideR1, ginsenosideRg1 and ginsenosideRbl by isolation technique of macroporous resin. And the content, stability and reproductivity of every saponin was determined.
