It is used for bellyache, vagin tickle, pelic cavity bump, leucorrhoea increase, yellow and peculiar smell bought about by pelvic cavity inflammation, accessories inflammation, uterus inflammation et al. It has remarkable curative effect and small harmful reaction through long clinical practice. However, It has many effects, such as taking large dosages every day, harmful smell and inconvenient to eat and so on. So I study it.Study what effects of immersing time, water volume and influx time have on volatile oil. The result shows that volatile oil is most when extraction process consists of 8 folds of water, influx for 1 0h. Adapt saturation water solution method and grind method to include volatile oil, filtrate inclusion method, I establish optimum inclusion process through orthogonal test an, Recovery ratio of volatile oil is regarded is as index. Study result shows: grind is better than saturation water solution .optimum grind condition is composed of oil: β -CD is 1:4,inclusion time is 30min and inclusion temperature is 40℃.Take water and alcohol as solvent to extract Lonicera Flos and Astragalus membranceus respectively and cull solvent. Through orthogonal test, I establish optimum alcohol extraction process and Optimum water extraction process. Optimum alcohol extraction process consists of 10 folds 70%alcohol, refluxing for 3 times and lh each time ;Optimum water extraction process is composed of 8 folds of water, refluxing for 2 times and 2h each time. Meantime, Study solution condensed relative density, alcohol sediment concentration and vacuum dryness temperature. The result shows that astragaloside content is the most when solution relative densityis 1.10(60℃),alcohol concentration is 60%;Chlorogenic acid is relative steady in sample when dryness temperature is 60℃Adapt TLC to distinguish five herbs, examine each index on the basis of the rule of capsule in Chinese Pharmaceustics 2000.Adapt HPLC to examine chlorogenic acid content in sample, carry methology review and establish quality controlled standard: Chlorogenic acid content in sample is 3.84mg each capsule, average recovery is 97.85%, RSD:1.02%Through anti-inflammation test, relieving pain test, the effect of swallowing cell and inhibition bacterium test and so on . The result shows that the capsule has effects of anti-inflammation , relieving pain, clearing away heat, activating blood and reducing bump .It is reasonable and feasible to preparation technology and it is stable and dependable to standard quality through preparation technology and quality standard study. So , It is fit for manufacturing on large scale.
