This dissertation discusses the design technology that is applied to the control system of automated textile machine. This control system based on embedded technology can be used in flat knitter directly. In the course of designing, good ideas of other craft brothers are used for reference.The textile machine industry has been developing fast due to the huge demand. Automated textile machine appears based on the textile technology and electronic technology. It has attracted so much attention of high-end market because of its high efficiency. Control system is the key to the performance of the textile machine.The control system presented in the dissertation is constructed on embedded hardware platform which supports Linux. Real-time control is realized by the system as well as the friendly human interface.The principle and the course of the designing is introduced. |
