The two systems are separately composed of every kind of control device, instrument, subsystem.According to the need of the oil field of production, the paper deeply researched on the integration technique of the two heterogeneous systems both the SCADA system and the DCS system, the access of two kinds of heterogeneous control devices in the SCADA system, the way of the drive of center control room identifying the two heterogeneous control systems.After the research, building the integration way of the two heterogeneous systems both the SCADA system and the DCS system. Considering the SCADA system using iFIX configuration software, the DCS system uses SmartPro-FacView configuration software. Both the two configuration softwares support the OPC agreement, so adoptes the OPC agreement to carry out the integration and concentrated supervision of the two kinds of automation system.Building the access way of two kinds of heterogeneous control devices in the SCADA system.According to the characteristic of the two heterogeneous control devices supporting standard MODBUS agreement, chooses a set of master broadcasting station, and uses the link layer access technique project to realize the seamless access of the two heterogeneous control devices.Aiming at the standard MODBUS agreement is 8 bit, puts forward to expanding MODBUS agreement criterion of 16 bit equipments addresses for the sake of solving the limit to the number of access well.
