China is the cradle of silk.Our ancestor has mastered the scouring and bleaching technique in the ealy time.They scoured and bleached the silk by plant ash,hog pancreas,stoving and other methods,the silk fabrics they produced enjoyed a high reputation at home and abroad.As for the refining,with the development of science and technology,more and more new scouring techniques has been developed,such as soap and alkaline scouring,acid scouring,enzymatic scouring,schapping(microorga -nism scouring)and so on,each of which has advantages of itself.Among these techniques,schapping has great promises of development,which can effectively remove the oil,but the indexes are not desirable,so we should decline them by finishing scouring and further degum and remove oil.Now,the technology of finishing scouring perfect,the main item of thesis is to study the effect of the bleaching agents to the relevant indexes,such as whiteness,strength,residual sericin,residual oil.In addition,this thesis will probe the technological parameters of the finishing scouring.The result of the above problem will post an positive impact on process of the schapping.In this experiment,thesis chose bleaching agents which is fit for the bleaching; hydrogen peroxide,sodium percarbonate and thiourea dioxide.Result from the test of scoured unschaped frigon,hydrogen peroxide is more effetive than other agents in srength and whiteness indexes,so hydrogen peroxide is the one suit the following experiment.In the process of finishing scouring,we adapted one-stage process of scouring and bleaching.After scouring,we tested four indexes;strehgth,whiteness,residual sericin and residual oil.According to the tested result;alkali posts heavy influence on strength and residual sericin indexes,light on whiteness and residual oil indexes;surfactant posts great impact on strength,residual sericin,light on whiteness;time,temperature and hydrogen peioxide all post heavy influence on the four indexes.The processing parameters got from the single-factor experiment;Na2CO3;2g/l,surfactant;1g/l,H2O2; 8.1ml/l,Na2SiO3;4g/l,time;40min,temperature;85℃,bath ratio;1;50.The optimized process parameters listed as follow;Na2CO3;2g/l,surfactant;1g/l, H2O2;10.1ml/l,Na2SiO3;4.4g/l,timae;46min,temperature;87.2℃,bath ratio;1; 50.The four indexes;whiteness;67.59%,strength;3.14cN,residual sericin; 3.0180%,residual oil;0.3453%.So this technology can clearly impove the whiteness,and the indexes of residual sericin and residual oil are perfect,For the strength,it just has a little decrease and still in the reasonable range.
