Regenerative combustion technology is one of the most important innovation in the field of combustion an thermal process. This paper studied regenerative combustion technology and its application in the ladle pre-heater . Its study is of momentous theoretical and practical significance for further development and application of regenerative combustion technology.The paper researched into the theory of regenerative combustion and application effect in the ladle pre-heater, combined academic calculations and locale of engineering application, aimed at the basic feather of regenerative combustion technology. The principal contents of this work are summarized as following:1).The basic principle, main characteristics are illustrated, the recent research production and some existing problems are summarized, the developing and applying foreground are analyzed, it is affluent in the cognition of the technology.2).calculative methods are summarized about the designing of regenerative ladle pre-heater , calculative formulas about thermal balance in the system ,regenerator and burner are educed, and three aspects are analyzed systemically and scientifically .The work offered academic foundation for the engineering design.3).Application effects of regenerative ladle pre-heater are studied in the applied locale. The idiographic datum are obtained in the energy-saving , environmental protection and economic benefits. The references are offered from theories to practices...
