Ladle is a critical equipment of steelmaking-continuous casting process. The realization of ladle automatic baking is beneficial to reduce cost, increase production, save energy and reduce consumption. At present, large number of ladle automatic baking system in our country is based on PLC controller, the system cost high, wiring complex and simple mode control.According to the characteristics of the ladle baking, a regenerative ladle baking automatic control system based on ARM is designed. First of all, the regenerative ladle automatic baking system design requirements have been analyzed. The overall scheme of the system is given to further analysis of the subject. Secondly, a control strategy combined two algorithms is introduced. One is ladle baking temperature fuzzy PID control with parameter self-setting, another is double-cross limiting combustion system. Simulation of control strategy on Matlab-Simulik is given, the result shown that the performance of the strategy introduced above is more ideal than conventional. On this basis, the detail design of hardware circuit of the control system is introduced. The system hardware included signal acquisition module, interface control module, data communication module, electrical control module. In order to improve EMC, some anti-interference measures have been taken. And, the software is implemented based on hardware. Including temperature and combustion control algorithm, data acquisition, control output, serial communication and PC interface. Finally, a platform for debug the control system is constructed. The experimental results shown that the fuzzy control strategy introduced is effectively to reduce the hysteresis of temperature. |
