Shoes is a necessity of daily life,footwear materials which have good antibacterial and germicidal properties will ensure that the odor resistant shoes have a critical role in performance,so the development of finishing agent which have antibacterial and odor resistant properties used on footwear material has far-reaching significance and broad market prospects.The antibacterial properties of nonwovens used on footwear material was studied in this subject,the non-woven fabrics were finished by inorganic metal antibacterial agent(Ag,Cu),and inorganic photocatalyst antibacterial agent(TiO2, ZnO),compare their antibacterial properties and compound these inorganic antibacterial agents.After finished the fabrics with compounded agents,their antibacterial properties were studied.For fabrics which finished with photocatalyst, there antibacterial properties in the dark and under UV irradiation was studied respectively,the results shows that,in the absence of circumstances,fabrics finished with inorganic Ag,nanotechnology ZnO,complex Ag-TiO2 and Cu-TiO2 all have excellent antibacterial properties,which fabric finished with Ag-TiO2 has most prominent anti-bacterial properties,the antimicrobial rate of all photocatalyst fabrics have reached 100 percent under UV irradiation.This issue also studied the kinetic characteristics of those antibacterial nonwovens.The dynamics research of photocatalyst fabrics under the UV were studied,and the kinetic studies show that the reaction is the first-order kinetics model, and the bactericidal reactions were in accordance with Langmuir-Himshelwood equation well,the antibacterial wovens treated by TiO2 has the highest reaction rate, indicated that the TiO2 fabrics has a faster sterilization rate in the short-wave UV irradiation compared to other fabrics.Among the four-doping antibacterial fabrics (Ag-TiO2,Cu-TiO2,ZnO-TiO2,SiO2-TiO2),fabrics treated with ZnO-TiO2 has the fastest antibacterial rate.In the absence of illumination,the fabrics which have best antibacterial effect of this paper(Ag,Ag-TiO2)were compared with fabrics treated by antibacterial agent sold on the market(CTA-736,SCJ-2000),kinetics results of this comparison indicate that the addition of Ag not only greatly enhance the antibacterial effect of TiO2 Photocatalyst in dark,but also improved the bactericidal rate of Ag,and compared to the antibactiral agent on sale(CTA-736,SCJ-2000),the sterilization rate were differences,but little difference in rates of antimicrobial,and the fabric treated with Ag-TiO2 has a 100 percent antibacterial rate under UV irradiation.
