In this paper, molecular imprinted polymer, with norfloxacin as template molecules, was synthesized by noumenon polymerization and norfloxacin molecular imprinted polymer membranes were prepared by technique of blending membrane. The best preparing conditions and reagent quantity are confirmed. The mechanism and recognizing abilities of polymer membranes were explored by ultraviolet spectrum,infrared spectrum, transmission electro-microscope,scan electro-microscope. The molecular imprinted polymer which blended with PSF was prepared by method of phase transform to obtain blending membranes. The blending membranes had good mechanical intensity. The factors that impact performances of membranes were explored. The combination and selective permeation of membranes were studied by method of equation combination and experiment of selective permeation.The experiments showed the molecular imprinted polymer membranes whose preparing conditions and reagent quantity were optimized had excellent recognition ability to template molecule. The composite membranes had strong mechanical intensity, recognition function and selective permeation. PSF was only as sustaining membrane and had little impact on recognition ability of molecular imprinted polymer.
