With the rapid and steady development of chinese national economy, heavy motorized wheel dump trucks are used as a major transport more and more popular, and the research of heavy motorized wheel dump truck's kinetic characteristic has become one of the problems which must be solved. Because of the restrictions of objective reasons, the tests of vehicles on road can not be done. Thus, computer technology has been used to design and improve trucks, and the number of the tests have been reduced a lot. Therefore, the study of heavy motorized wheel dump truck's kinetic characteristic has great theoretical significance and application value.The quantitative analysis and research of heavy motorized wheel dump truck and the optimization of structural parameters mainly depend on the precision of kinematic models and dynamics model. The accuracy of quantitative parameters has the same importance. First, the truck's performance parameters and structure parameters have been decided. Then analysis and calculation have been done on the suspension's siffness and damping, then focus on the optimization of the front bridge structure to improve the life of the front suspension. Several limit situations were setted up to validate the ability of limit run and the suffer force of each parts.UG has been used to set up motorized wheel dump truck's kinematic model and dynamics model. Load and road were added, then, several limit situations were defined according to the necessary of research. Then ADAMS application was called for kinmatic and dynamic analysis. Then simulation results were analyzed, the parts of motion intervene were putted forward, optimization on intervene and amended project has been put forward.Simulation model was set up in ADAMS. The performance accords with the requirement. The handing stability was evaluated, and advanced projects have been put forward to the bad instance...
