Mining motor wheel dump truck is a complex equipment integrated with electromechanical and hydraulic system, it works in extremely bad working environment and suffers high load, which can lead to system fault, outage losses and accidents. Therefore, research and development for comprehensive monitoring and diagnostic system of motor wheel dump truck has fundamental significance.In this paper, a type of developing A-A electric drive motor dump truck of 154t in a company is taken as the research object. Dump truck operation condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system are designed through the application of the computer control technology, CAN communication technology and fuzzy diagnosis theory.Thesis research content and results are as follows:1.The state monitoring parameters are analysised based on the dump truck's system components and its working principle. The final demand plan of information collection systerm by CAN network is obtained considering the characteristic of internal controller communication interface.2.TMS320F2812 is taken as the core of the monitoring system, hardware circuit principle design are completed, which including power and reset circuit, memory expansion circuit, JTAG interface circuit, CAN bus interface circuit and serial interface communication circuit. Anti-interference technique of the whole hardware system is discussed.3.Traditional order function call programming is surmounted in the whole software design, real-time operating system kernel DSP/BIOS is imported, which can achieve the real-time requirements of system. The design of several main functional modules of the system software is conducted, application-layer protocol of system CAN communication is made, data analyzing of diesel engine information based on SAE J1939 are completed, system CAN and upper computer communication program are compiled. The upper computer software design is conducted by VB6.0 at last.4. Aim at the running system of dump truck, fault diagnosis model is established based on fuzzy mathematics. Diesel engine system fault of dump truck is simulated by adopting fuzzy logic toolbox in MATLAB 7.1, which show that the simulated results is basically consistent with actual situation.
