| China'modernization at present is the one which under the background of the transformation of global civilization, and it is the core theme of constructing ecological civilization. Ecological civilization is a big leap in human civilization form and is to replace the traditional industrial civilization inevitably. Ecological civilization should be guided with the ecological outlook of Marxism, surpass anthropocentrism and environment moral views, and construct harmonious development between human and nature in the value ideology of sustainable development. Contrasting with the global ecological civilization, China's ecological problems stem from biased developmental views, accumulated malpractice in mode of development and the lack of public awareness, therefore we must enhance in promoting the ecological transformation for our modernization. We should take Scientific Outlook on Development as guidance and walk a new path with ecological connotation. Ecological construction should transform from the pattern of emergency response to preventive innovation. We should take innovative development views as guidance, transforming mode of development as path and assurance, and public awareness as final dynamics, ultimately realizes harmonious development in a new ecological state. |
