Study On Ecological Problems And Construction Path Of Ecological Civilization In Rural Areas Of Ningxia

The Construction of Ecological Civilization is a purposeful and planned activity based on sustainable development and harmonious coexistence between man and nature on the basis of protecting and respecting nature.The ecological environment in rural areas of Ningxia plays an important role in promoting the construction of ecological civilization and building a well-off society in an all-round way.In recent years,the ecological environment in rural areas of Ningxia has greatly improved compared with the past,there are still some problems:the phenomenon of "dirty and messy" is widespread,the construction of environmental infrastructure lags behind,the awareness of environmental protection among rural residents is weak,and so on.These are the shortcomings that affect its building a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,in order to obtain short-term economic benefits in rural areas of Ningxia,seriously destroy the ecological environment,present the situation of agricultural production pollution,industrial pollution,rural life pollution superimposed,all kinds of new and old pollution interweave with each other,and the situation is quite grim.It has a direct impact on the health of rural residents and the development of rural social economy,which has become an important factor restricting the economic and social development of rural areas in Ningxia.Facing the current ecological problems in rural areas of Ningxia,concrete measures must be taken to promote and implement the construction of rural ecological civilization,improve the living environment and ecological environment in rural areas,realize sustainable development in rural areas,and build beautiful villages as soon as possible.Aiming at the ecological problems and the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas of Ningxia,this paper mainly studies from four aspects:The first part sets out from the elaboration concept and the Ningxia concrete reality,and combines the 19th CPC National Congress report and the 2019 Central Committee No.1 document spirit,elaborated the Ningxia rural area ecological civilization construction extremely importance.The second part mainly analyzes the ecological dilemma of Ningxia rural areas at present from the aspects of agricultural planting,large-scale breeding,industrial enterprises,rural life and other ecological aspects.In the third part,it is put forward to strengthen the construction of rural ecological civilization in Ningxia from three aspects:carrying out the agricultural green production mode,coordinating the comprehensive management of landscape forest,farmland,lake and grass,developing the green ecological industry and service.In the fourth part,we should improve the environmental protection quality of agriculture-related groups,set up a market-oriented and diversified ecological compensation mechanism,construct a scientific and technological support system for ecological protection,and vigorously build public facilities for environmental protection in rural areas.In order to promote the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas of Ningxia,this paper discusses the safeguard measures to be taken in the construction of rural ecological civilization in Ningxia from five aspects such as straightening out the management mechanism of the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas of Ningxia.
