This article use the finite element the theory, affected mutually to the laser and metal material interaction has carried on the numerical analysis and simulation, has carried on the numerical simulation to the continual laser to the metal material heat conduction process. Obtained material temperature field and thermal coupling coefficient and so on.According to the basic classical heat conduction principle, described the metal thermal process, embarked from thermodynamics relations and the heat conductivity equation, discussed in this process between temperature and other various conditions parameter relations, Discussed the theoretical model of laser and the metal interaction theoretical, as well as different model heating numerical solution.Introduced the mathematical model supposition of laser irradiation target, and has inferred the axisymmetric finite element heat conductivity equation computation equation using the axisymmetric heat conductivity equation and Galer Kin method, and uses the simple triangulation, the process linear interpolation and the overall synthesis, may in order to each temperature field. At the same time, has given the grid division method and the time step definite method. This paper analog computation temperature field of aluminum target under different power CW-laser illumination, and obtained transient thermal coupling coefficient of the temperature field analysis result, and carried on discussion of transient thermal coupling coefficient under different power. This paper analog computation temperature field of CW-laser heating different thickness target, and by the temperature field result analysis which obtained the formula of in the known superficial center temperature conditions estimates the different depth place temperature of specific thickness target.Consequently this work can provide the research method and theory for the investigations on the heating effects for metal material.
