Ethanolamine Continuous Product Scaling Of The Production Process

The reaction of ethylene oxide with ammonia in the continous plant will arise monoethanolamine (MEA), diethanolamine(DEA), triethano-lamine(TEA) simultaneously. This article discuss the adjustment possibility of EOA distribution ratiobase on EOA serial reaction organism, and comment process technology performance of the original continous plant of 10000 MTPA, analysis the feasible routes of three EOA products, distribution adjustment. Compile the EOA plant modification and preproducing plan base on present products distribution ratio is very narrow, market demand in civil, and the site process equipment and pipelines conditions. The fact in the production prove that the products distribution can be adjusted freely in 18～53% Of MEA ,30～63% Of DEA, 22～52% of TEA. and achieve the wide range distribution of three EOA products in the continous plant. It improved the EOA production and process technology level.
