| The preparation,modification and chelating ability of the magnetic targeting drug carrier were studied in the paper.Firstly,Co ferrite nanoparticles were prepared with the method of solid-state reaction. Magnetic chitosan microspheres with Co ferrite as the core were achieved by chemical crosslink method using ferrite nanoparticles and chitosan.The microstructure and properties were characterized by IR,SEM,TEM,XRD,TG-DSC,BET and VSM.The results indicated that Co ferrite nanoparticles with small diameter(about 20nm)and strong magnetism (52.78emu·g-1)were prepared.The magnetic chitosan microspheres had good shape,narrow size distribution and good magnetism(23.96emu·g-1).Secondly,DTPA and TTHA were chosen to decorate the surface of the magnetic chitosan microsheres.The testing results showed that a respectable sum of carboxyl was linked to the surface,and the microspheres maintained their good shape and enough magnetism (21.42emu·g-1and 21.83emu·g-1,respectively).Thirdly,the chelating abilities of two decorated microspheres were studied setting Re as the model.The results showed that the maximum absorption could be achieved more than 90 percent by DTPA decorating magnetic chitosan microspheres,but only about 60 percent by TTHA decorating. |
