China products and consumes a large number of tobacco every year, and the tobacco line in our country is a line like this: unifying lead, verticaly manage, special selling.The tobacco line plays an important role in national economy in China. However, the tobacco line is puzzled by the phenomenon that the "false cigarettes, private cigarettes, exceeding cigarettes " are muding the market for a long time; After joining the WTO, the tobacco linewo chuage which is in the monopoly position in our country all the time faces competition and challenge coming from many foreign advanced tobacco enterprises. How to improve the competitiveness of Chinese tobacco line and ensure the position of tobacco line in national economy of our country has already become a problem to be solved urgently.In this thesis, according to the characteristics of the tobacco line such as monopoly, specially selling and so on, a nationwide distribution network of the cigarette selling, which is jointed by regional distribution network is designed This paper has four main aspects: Firstly, according to the characteristics of the tobacco line, a multistage and multi-level nationwide distribution network of the cigarette selling is designed. Secondly, according to analyzing the influence factors of choosing distribution centers' location, we get the corresponding evaluation indexes. The algorithm of fuzzy clustering is used to choose the location of distribution centers. Thirdly, according to the minimum principle of the cost, distribution network about the cigarette selling is optimized, and the service range of each distribution center is assigned. Fourthly, according to the minimum principle of the cost, delivery routes from each distribution center to its subordinate distribution centers or cigarette retailers in its service range are arranged reasonably. Branch and bound algorithm is used to optimize the distribution route. At last, this paper illustrate.
