In recent years, the demand for quick-frozen food is increasing day by day, together with the promulgation of various incentive policies, which greatly promotes the development of cold chain logistics industry. But at the same time,it also has many negative effects on the environment, especially cold chain distribution, which is one of the biggest carbon emissions links, which is in contradiction with the "low-carbon economy" advocated today. In addition, due to the unique nature of cold chain products,in order to avoid damage in the distribution process,it is necessary to control its storage temperature, which makes cold chain distribution more expensive than ordinary logistics distribution. For cold-chain logistics service suppliers, how to reduce the cost of distribution to save the operating costs of enterprises, how to reduce carbon emissions in the distribution process to adapt to the development of low-carbon economy, has become a key issue affecting the development of enterprises.Based on the above background, this paper takes the optimization of distribution route as the research object, through the research on the related theories of cold chain logistics, vehicle routing problem and low-carbon logistics, uses carbon tax system to cost the carbon emissions generated in the distribution process;on the basis of the assumption that all products needed by customers can be distributed at the same temperature, the transportation costs generated in the distribution process of cold chain logistics are analyzed. The time penalty cost, cargo loss cost, refrigeration cost and carbon emission cost are also analyzed. At the same time, the customer satisfaction function is established through the deviation degree between vehicle arrival time and customer time window and the degree of damage to cold chain products. On this basis, with the objective of minimizing distribution cost, under the limited conditions of vehicle rated load and control of customer satisfaction level,The cold chain logistics distribution route optimization model considering carbon emissions is constructed. Then, according to the characteristics of the problem, the control parameters and execution mode of the algorithm are determined, and a multi-population genetic algorithm is designed for model solving. Finally, using Solomon standard test data set for reference to construct an example, and using MATLAB as a solution tool, the optimal distribution scheme considering and not considering carbon emission model is obtained.By comparing the two distribution schemes,it is found that, for cold chain distribution enterprises, considering carbon emission factors in path planning can not only reduce carbon emissions, improve social benefits, but also save enterprises.Operating cost. The research enriches the theory of cold-chain logistics distribution, helps cold-chain logistics enterprises to set up management concepts more in line with the times under the situation of low-carbon economic development, provides methodological reference for distribution path planning, and saves economic costs while reducing environmental pollution.
