| Distribution center has become an indispensable part of modern logistics and a hub connecting manufacturers and end users.Distribution centers can reduce logistics costs and improve service levels,thus promoting sales,expanding the market and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,and occupy an important position in the logistics system.The location of logistics distribution center is very important to improve the current situation of logistics and control the cost of logistics distribution.Scientific and reasonable location scheme of distribution center can effectively reduce transportation costs,improve transport quality,improve customer satisfaction and ensure the balanced development of logistics system.Therefore,a good study on the location of distribution centers will have an important impact on the role of logistics system and the improvement of logistics economic benefits.China began to gradually implement the structural reform of supply side,focusing on solving the unfavorable situation of vicious competition caused by over-supply of products,and seeking to transform and upgrade the production equipment and products.This paper takes the location of H company’s coal logistics distribution center as the research object,considering a series of related costs,establishes the location model of H company’s coal logistics distribution center based on sufficient capacity and the location model of H company’s coal logistics distribution center based on insufficient capacity.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Overview of distribution center and location theory.By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature on distribution centers,this paper summarizes the relevant theories.(2)Under the condition of sufficient capacity and insufficient capacity,H Company’s coal logistics distribution center location model is constructed.Firstly,the basic problems are described.Aiming at the process of coal mine,distribution center and final customer,the symbols needed for the model construction are explained in detail.A multi-cycle coal distribution center location model with minimization of cost as the optimization objective is established under the conditions of no shortage and allowable shortage.(3)Based on the basic situation and operation data of H company,in order to test and prove the validity of the model proposed in this paper,GAMS software is used to program and solve the model established in this paper.The results show that when the capacity is insufficient,the overall transportation volume decreases,which leads to the reduction of processing costs and transportation costs of distribution centers.However,in general,capacity reduction also affects the transport volume and the choice of transport routes,so there is a situation where the total cost of insufficient capacity is greater than that of sufficient capacity.This paper studies the location problem of coal logistics distribution center under the condition of sufficient capacity and insufficient capacity.The optimal location of distribution center and the optimal logistics operation strategy of each operation cycle are determined by establishing a model to solve the problem,so as to effectively reduce the related costs. |
