Anti-jamming automatic control is a critical technology of the rock-drilling of down-the-hole drill, and affecting the quality index of system straightly. And the current control projects are not ideal. Aiming at the deficiencies of the current control projects, the new anti-jamming automatic hydraulic control project is proposed, and its feasibility is verified by simulations and experiments.Firstly, the actuality of research and application of anti-jamming control project is expounded, and the problems in research are pointed out. Based on the analysis of existing problems and rock-drilling jamming mechanism, the new rock-drilling anti-jamming automatic hydraulic control project is proposed, in which the propulsion for return are exerted by sudden fall signals of the feeding pressure, the stepless feeding force regulated by slowly changing signals of the rotation pressure and the propulsion for return are exerted by critical rotation pressure. The control rule is analyzed under the theoretical investigation of the anti-jamming feeding pressure and rotation pressure.Then, the model of the anti-jamming control system is established and simulated by using AMESim. Then, the curves of the feeding pressure of the rock-drilling jamming process are obtained by simulation, the results are accordance with theory research, verifing the feasibility of the new anti-jamming control project. Lastly, the simulate project of load and jamming is proposed, and the curves of the feeding pressure of the rock-drilling jamming process are obtained by experiments, the results are accordance with theory and simulation research, further verifing the feasibility of the new anti-jamming control project.
