In this study,the degradation process and mechanism of biology zeolite composite filler with NH3-N in sewage was studied systemically,and a pilot experiment was carried out(This paper was aimed at decentralized villages wastewater in the XIAOSAO village KUNMING city.),and then the probability application of this filler in the wastewater control project domain was introduced from the technical and economic dimensions.The exploitation and application of the biology zeolite composite filler was fresh development in the filed of wastewater biofilm treatment technology.Main researches of the study included:(1)screening and modified zeolite pretreatment experiment;(2)adsorption experiments of the modified zeolite and the preparation experiments of the composite filler (3)the composite filler linked membrane and the small test experiments of the biofilm reactor;(4)the physical and chemical properties of biological zeolite composite filler and its biochemical mechanism degradation process to the target pollutants;(5)biological zeolite composite filler was used in integrated equipment for sewage treatment and its design pilot- enefit analysis.Screening and modified zeolite pretreatment experiment indicates:Form the economic and zeolite applicability in the field of sewage treatment considerations,the use of zeolite modified NaCl was effective and feasible.Adsorption experiments of the modified zeolite and the preparation experiments of the composite filler indicate:the ratio of liquid to solid as 1:100,PH 7-8 test conditions,the exchange adsorption properties of the modified zeolite was the best;zeolite of ammonia adsorption is the comprehensive role of physical adsorption and ion exchange,and ion exchange to the main role,the zeolite adsorption meet Freundlich adsorption isotherm; liquid film and granule pervasion was the rate limiting steps in zeolite ion exchange adsorption with NH3-N.Zeolite materials and multidimensional hollow ball was cross-linked,the combination of the the former effectively improved their physical and chemical properties,and the structure of the organic polymer and inorganic filler filter material properties complementary bridge was putting up.The composite filler linked membrane and the small test experiments of the biofilm reactor indicate:zeolite composite filler could be 2 to 3 weeks linked to the film successfully,pegged to the composite packing become immobilized biological compound filler;the Na+ in the zeolite act the more stronger exchange effect with NH4+,adsorption equilibrium time is 12h;In biofilm formation stage,NH3-N enrichment phenomenon obviously,biological denitdfication soon emerged and improved by the bilfilm maturing. Biofilm Reactor starting-up and operating parameters is,PH at 6.5 to 8,hydraulic loading 0.52m3/m2h,the ratio of gas to liquid as 3:1,the temperature of 20 to 25℃,hydraulic retention time for 3h.The bio-reactor coupled the respective properties of biological moving bed and biological contact oxidation process,and stable operation,the removal of ammonia and organic compounds have reached more than 80 percent.The analysis about physical and chemical properties of biological zeolite composite filler and its biochemical mechanism degradation process to the target pollutants indicate: adsorptive and biological role of the biological zeolite composite filler is to promote each other;this filler can be seen as the new type filler which combined the ion exchange -simultaneous nitrification.Biological zeolite composite filler was used in integrated equipment for sewage treatment and its design,pilot-benefit analysis indicates:the equipment is the new technology which draws the merits of Japanese Johkaso Technology and zeolite composite fillers.Through decentralized villages wastewater compared with centralized sewage treatment form infrastructure costs,the net consoliated investment and operating costs,this sewage treatment equipment had the application advantages considered from the overall efficiency.
