The marmatite is mainly contains the zinc ore in HuaLian zinc & indium joint-stock Company in YunNan,in its ore-contains copper,zinc,tin,iron and indium,silver,gallium,germanium,cobalt,arsenic,gold and other more than 12 kinds price metals.But in the flotation process it is difficult to effectively separate the marmatite and the pyrrhotite in the ore,is the mainreasons to cause the zinc ore concentrate the recovery always not to be able to obtain one of effective enhancement.In order to in the effective synthesis recycling ore utility as well as the gallium, the germanium,the indium and so on are likely rare and precious metals, the omni-directional development experimental study is develops the use resources the important action.The present paper mainly begins from the marmatite mineral activation question,to expect found one kind to be highly effective also to have the selective activator to achieve enhances the zinc ore concentrate the recovery goal,thus concentrates for the indium dressing with the following metallurgy withdraws prepares for premise.In the experiment experiments the test specimen with the marmatite and the pyrrhotite achievement,through single froth tube(namely Hallimond tube)system research Cu2+,NH4+,pb2+,Ag+ and one kind of new activator to marmatite activation effect.Indicated through a series of research data that,When pH=9 new activator is the best activation condition,the marmatite recovery can achieve 71.8%,compares with the cupric sulfate activation effect,the marmatite flotation process returns-ratio enhances 18.1%.Moreover the new activator has the very big superiority,it not only quite is good to the marmatite activation effect, moreover does not need to carry on the activation under the high pH value condition,this in the production watershed,it reduced the lime amount used for the production in,reasonable effectively recycles other curing minerals and the synthesis recycling rare metal has provided the essential guarantee.In order to further discussion new activator activation marmatite mineral action mechanism,also through and Catches to the mineral surface potential test receives the medicinal preparation in mineral surface the adsorptive capacity modern test technology and so on test,has Conducted the research to the new activator with other activator between activation mechanism.Below obtains the viewpoint:Not after activation marmatite surface suitable water affinity,but after the activation marmatite can very good surfacing the boat.Activates after,the new activator the marmatite to be able to cause to catch receives medicinal preparation Ding Huangyao an more effective stable adsorption in its surface,thus enable its floatability to obtain the enhancement. Finally aimed at the new activator to make the marmatite and the pyrrhotite artificial ore mixture flotation separation experiment, finally indicated:The new activator is one kind in view of the marmatite mineral.extremely effective activator,also its activation must the pH value is not high,the cost also relatively is lower than in the present industry the practical application cupric sulfate activator,may take one kind of substitution cupric sulfate the activator takes the application promotion.The present paper contained the indium marmatite and the pyrrhotite flotation separation experiment and the fundamental research to the Wenshan DuLong mining area has yielded the certain result,will have the certain reference value regarding the next production practice.
