Design And Implementation Of The Panzhihua Iron And Iron-smelting System Of Inspection And Analysis

Pangang iron testing and assaying system as part of the Pangang testing and assaying system, tested and assayed main products of five blast furnace and satellite products of partial blast furnace, as well as some raw materials and fuel of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Company. It was responsible for supervision of quality and providing guidance to blast furnace producing and its follow-up process. How to timely, accurately test and assay sample and get a report then upload to the ERP system as required was the problem which Pangang iron testing and assaying system faced.This paper ,based on a complete understanding of the ERP systems of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Company, combining the business process characteristics of Pangang iron testing and assaying system station, made a deep study of object-oriented analysis and design, automatic data collection, data security audit and a number of key technologies. The pangang iron testing and assaying system was developed within the paper.Under the background of informatization of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Company . The paper first analyzed business processes and informatization status quo of the Pangang iron testing and assaying system, and made urgent problems which needed to be solved to established the system clear. Secondly, according to the position and function of the system in Pangang ERP architecture, analyzed and designed the Pangang iron testing and assaying system. Thirdly, combining current advanced network technology, the paper designed a network for Pangang iron testing and assaying system, which provided a sound physical platform for the system. Fourthly, it designed the application system by using the technology of object-oriented programming and designed the functional modules of the system. Fifthly, it designed the security of the system.The system has been realized and has been working well.
