This paper is focused on the study of Micro-milling Machine Tools, especially the research into its Kinetic Control and Dynamic Characteristics on the basis of the self-designed three-coordinate Micro-milling Machine Tools. The major study items list as follows:Based on the theory of open-end numerical-controlled Micro-milling Machine Tools' Kinetic Control, make a system design for its structure; by means of the motive power and communication systems between various equipments of Machine Tool, use Kinetic Control card and IPC to accomplish the design of Micro-milling Machine Tools' structure and controlling system.Design and develop the Kinetic Control software of Micro-milling Machine Tools, and thus achieve the loading of NC programs, the loading of instructions recognizable by Kinetic Control card, the conversion from NC programs to instructions recognizable by Kinetic Control card, and such basic functions as cut, copy, plaster and clear etc.With the help of Delphi language, establish the monitoring system for Micro-milling signal, and make an analysis of the characteristics of milling signal; design and develop virtual test platform based on Labview, conduct the test of simulated signal in the processing procedure and monitoring; test and analyze dynamic characteristics of Micro-milling Machine Tools, and thus verify the feasibility of the monitoring system for Micro-milling procedure.
