Because of the large flexibility and good coordination capability of macrocycle schiff base ligands,the studies on macrocycle Schiff base metal complexes are paid much attention,with lots of novel properties showing in biochemistry,coordination chemistry,supermolecular chemistry,catalysis,electrochemistry,etc.Along with unceasingly progressive of macrocycle Schiff base and the complexes synthesis technology and is mature recent years,the domestic and foreign multitudinous scientific researchers mainly in the mononuclear,the binuclear macrocycle Schiff base report are many at present,but treelike or the branched Schiff base and the complexes synthesis rarely seen reported actually.The research work of this paper mainly includes two aspects:On the one hand is take the pentaerythritol as raw material synthesis series branched compound and lay a foundation on the further synthesized technology of the branched compounds.On the other hand is the synthesis and the attribute of new Containing Pyridine Ring Schiff base and complexs.1,Synthesis of the Four-arm type compounds(1),Synthesis of peltaerythrityl tetranainePeltaerythrityl tetrabremide was first prepared starting from pentaethritol via two steps.Pentaerythrityl tetrabremide was then treated with sodium p-toluenesulphonamide to give an intermediate,which was converted to pentaerythrityl tetramine(2,2-diamnomethyl-1,3-propanediamine) disulfate.The overall yield was 30%.(2),Synthesis of Four-arm type multi-nitro compoundsThe pentaerythritol and tosyl chloride responded results in the Pentaerythrite Tetratosylate,take this as raw material responded with the o-nitrophenol,m-nitrophenol, p-nitrophenol,2,4- dinitrophenol,responded obtains four kinds of nitro compounds.(3),Four-arm type compounds nuclear magnetic resonance and part of compounds' crystal structure analysis.2,Synthesis of Containing Pyridine Ring new Schiff base and the complexs(1),Synthesis of N,N'-(2-amidogen benzyl)-2,6-two formyl imines pyridineFirst prepares 2,6-pyridine diacyl chloride take Dipicolinic Acid as raw material, then responded with the o-nitrophenylamine to get N,N'-(2- nitryl benzyl)-2,6- two formyl imines pyridine,then under the existence of FeCl3·6H2O and activated charcoal,catalyzed hydrazine hydrate reduction.(2),Synthesis of Containing Pyridine Ring new Schiff base ligandsUsing N,N'-(2- amidogen benzyl)- 2,6 - two formyl imines pyridine responded with a series of aldehyde,the alkone compounds to obtain corresponding Schiff base ligand Ln.(3),With the synthesised Schiff base ligands and the acetate synthesized series new Containing Pyridine Ring Schiff base complexs Ln-M(M=Ni2+,Cu2+,etc).(4),The nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectrography etc of Containing Pyridine Ring new Schiff base ligands and the complexs and has analyzed some crystal structures of the compounds. 3,The study of constitutive property of Schiff base complexs in solution(1),Use the uv-vis spectrum titrimetric method to the ligand and metallic ion Ni (Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ) The coordinate situation carries on the track in the solution,and obtained the corresponding coordination reaction equilibrium curve.(2),The coordination reaction coordination number was determined by the spectrum titrimetric method,the experimental result had indicated,Ni(Ⅱ) With L7 is one coordinate,Cu(Ⅱ) and L7 is two coordinates,this coordination number differs by the ligand,the metallic ion spatial configuration and coordinate ability.Calculates coordination number n was the same to the crystal structure under the solid state.
