Jatropha curcas(Jatropha curcas L) are perennial herb oil plants.For the production of bio-diesel,bio-pesticides,bio-medicine,bio-feed the main raw material. Its seed-its Zhayou after the meal is rich in protein,amino acids and other nutrients, but also containing toxic protein,oil and other toxic ingredients,toxic components is restricted Jatropha curcas meal comprehensive utilization of the main factors.The issue paper is mainly directed against leprosy tree meal contained in the toxic protein and other toxic components of microbial detoxification study.Main: fermentation strains of separation,mutation screening,the purpose of obtaining strains;purpose of the strains of biological,chemical and biological characteristics of the Jatropha curcas oil and toxic protein(Curcin) the degradation of research; fermentation strains of the fermentation process.Discussion of mixed-fermentation; fermented meal of the amino acid nitrogen,protein,amino acid content and toxicity determination.By Martin-Bangladesh Red medium selective isolation and culture,reuse Cha agar to UV-induced selection and screening,access to a fungal MJ18.Physiological and biochemical experimental results show that mold MJ18,its optimum growth temperature of 30℃,for the optimum pH6.0;MJ18 for the preliminary identification of Rhizopus(Rhizopus Ehrenberg) in meters Rhizopus species(Rhizopus oryzae);MJ18 bacteria Jatropha curcas is highly resistant to oil properties,can be hydrolyzed starch,fat and degradation of Jatropha curcas tree meal degradation of leprosy in the toxic protein.Land mycophenolate(GIM2.69, Geotrichum candidum Link) Degradation of Jatropha curcas meal with the toxic protein in the performance.Orthogonal experiments show that,MJ18 of Jatropha curcas meal for detoxification microbial fermentation of the more suitable conditions for the fermentation process pH5.5,fermentation temperature of 28℃,and 75%water and vaccination of 4%.Reference land mycophenolate(GIM2.69) strain of fermentation, initially set MJ18 and the land of mycophenolate(GIM2.69,Geotrichum candidum Link) of a mixed fermented Jatropha curcas meal detoxification process:start fermentation temperature 28℃,Fermented pickled initial pH5.5,fermented and pickled 75%water,vaccination of MJ18;land mycophenolate(GIM2.69,Geotrichum candidum Link) is 1:1.Fermentation mixed results showed that Jatropha curcas meal fermentation process of its amino acid content of nitrogen increased significantly;fermentation after detoxification meal of the total protein content increased 22.87%,17.44%higher amino acid content; fermentation before and after crude protein drug suppression.The results showed that bacteria,MJ18 and indiscriminate use of mycophenolate(GIM2.69,Geotrichum candidum Link) mix of fermentation,can reduce the toxic protein meal;mice acute oral toxicity test results showed that the fermentation after the meal non-toxic,LD50>5.0 g/kgBW.Issue preliminary findings show that,MJ18 and land mycophenolate(GIM2.69, Geotrichum candidum Link) mix of fermentation,the poisoning of Jatropha curcas meal and oil,and other toxic fully with lower toxicity,can reduce the toxic protein meal And other toxic components.
