The ecological environment of Northwest China is fragile,has always be the key of the environmental management,and the economical basin is weak,so the problem between the ecological construction and economical construction is always on issue.In the process of Northwest china ecological construction,returning farmland to forest is always be adopted.Because of the ecological performance differences between kinds of vegetations,so the selection of vegetations can effect the ecological efficiency.This paper proceeds from fragile ecological environment in the Northwest,proposes the view of implementing ecological authentication in every ecological function district of the Northwest and has described the concept,implementation necessity,feasibility of ecological authentication,etc. This paper divides the Northwest into four ecological function areas,and takes the Ansai pingqiao town for example,selects local typical vegetations,through field empirical investigationand analytic hierarchy process(AHP),analysis on the ecological performance of vegetations,evaluates the vegetation grade,so sets up the database system of vegetation in the Northwest,and adjust strategies that makes against at ecological restoration in good time,attains to the harmonious between ecological and economical development finally.This article main conclusion as follows:(1)From the ecological and economical benefits,this paper selects 7 ecological performance evaluation indexes and 3 economical performance evaluation indexes,constructs vegetation grade model of ecological authentication.Through field empirical investigationand analytic hierarchy process(AHP),evaluates the vegetation grades and finally obtaines the vegetation grades of ecological authentication in every ecological function district of the Northwest.(2) According to the ecological authentication results,in the area of loess plateau soil and water loss,economic forest is first,plastics greenhouse vegetables is second,the herb is third,the crops is forth,and the Returning Forest is fifth.(3)In the area of loess plateau soil and water loss,the evaluation results is:plastics greenhouse vegetables:cucumber——first order,watermelon——second order,tomato——second order;the Returning Forest:locust tree——second order,poplar——third order;the crops: soybean——second order,potato——second order,com——third order;economic forest:apple tree——first order,jujube——first order;the herb:sha da wang——second order,cocksfoot——second order. (4) In the area of loess plateau soil and water loss,the ratio of third order vegetation should not exceed 25%or third order vegetation can be mixed growth and rotating growth with first order or second order vegetation,so as to avoid the environmental problems.This paper's main innovative points as follows:Ecological authentication is one part of reconstruction system of Northwest China,is system innovation based on present management system,also is innovation and supplement of Countermeasures for Rehabilitation of Ecological Environment.(1) This paper described the concept,implementation necessity,feasibility of ecological authentication,etc.(2) This paper constructed vegetation grade model of ecological authentication.(3) This paper evaluated 12 tropical vegetations based on ecological authentication and provided theoretical guide of vegetation species selection and planting model.
