China's Ecological Environment Protection System Innovation Research

Protection of the ecological environment is an important aspect of sustainable development, and also is the urgent task facing mankind. Led to the destruction of the ecological environment of the serious deterioration of environmental quality, environmental resources are growing scarce in nature, which not only affect the country's rapid economic growth, but will pose a threat to the survival of future generations. Since reform and opening up, China has scored tremendous achievements in economic and social development, has attracted the attention of the world. Overall, however, China's rapid economic growth is largely dependent on the high consumption of resources, it has not fundamentally changed "into high, high-consumption, high-emission, low-efficiency" extensive growth. Therefore, in order to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society; to achieve the harmonious development of man and the environment, we must address environmental issues constraining development, the traditional solutions to environmental problems and institutional arrangements for innovation with practical significance and urgency.This article is divided into four parts, and by the introduction and six main elements and brief.The first part is the Introduction, the proposed study of the ecological environment of the new perspective, from a system perspective study of the ecological and environmental protection systems, thereby positioning for the entire study.The second part was the basic theory, including 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,a total of five chapters, from the meaning of the ecological environment and sustainable development with the content, derived environmental issues and development.
