Photosensitive Ctp Imaging Quality Control Methods

In recent years,as the development of photopolymer CTP,its advantage is becoming more and more obvious.The rapid imaging of photopolymer CTP provides favorable conditions for newspaper printing and the short version fast prinnting business printing,thus pringting enterprises pay extention attention to it.So to study imaging quality control methods of photopolymer CTP has certain practical significance.The paper makes deep researches on the key factors which affect the imaging quality of photopolymer CTP.On the base of theoretical studies,industrial experiments and the actual requirement of printing enterprises production,put forward a set of methods of controlling the imaging quality of photopolymer CTP for printing enterprises actual applications.The research contents of the paper as follows:(1) Study the imaging theory of photopolymer CTP,analyze comparatively photopolymer CTP technology and thermal CTP technology used widely.(2) Analyze the whole imaging process of photopolymer CTP,the influence factors of imaging quality photopolymer CTP are confirmed as imaging equipment,imaging materials, imaging environment,operators,and technical workflow,exposure test,development test,and make specific theoretical analysis for them.(3) Check CTP stability by using the test form,and analyze dot reappearance,density consistency of circumferential direction and axial direction,tint reappearance on the plate,and the change of the developer temperature and PH.(4) Combining the experimental data analysis results with the actual requirement of printing enterprise production,put forward a set of methods of controlling the imaging quality of photopolymer CTP,containing imaging material inspection,standardized operation and making plate linear curve and printing compensation curve.The paper is based on the actual production.Research results will help printing enterprises to contol the imaging quality ofphotopolymer CTE...
