The Research Of Printing Workflow Management And Quality Control System Based On Jdf

With the developing of printing technology, digital printing workflow and quality control are the two key issues of current research. The paper references and analyzes related literature and information at home and abroad, carries on studying a work to these two problems from the theories and the fulfillment. The main works and creations are as the following:1. Analyze the JDF data format, do an in-depth discussion and research on data organization forms, node, the categories of node, resource, and the implementation workflow in printing of JDF. Propose the methods of analyzing JDF and creating the digital printing workflow through building up the data dictionary.2. Analyze the factors of affecting the quality of all sectors in printing workflow which includes film making, plate making, color managing and printing. Discuss the various factors for each degree of influence of a process. Select the main controllable parameters, and certain theories value of these parameters. It's the basis of quality control.3. Study the theory of ink transmission and transfer in printing, analyze the main factors affecting ink transmission and transfer, and propose the methods of calculating the ink consumption, build up the model of ink consumption.4. Study the theory of printing quality evaluation, build up the model of printing quality evaluation.5. Design the printing workflow management and quality control system basing on JDF, and carry on an experiment that validates the model of ink consumption. The result shows the model is right,and can apply in practice.
