In order to ensure the safe operation of equipments, adding acid corrosion inhibitor to the acidification is more essential ,different types of corrosion inhibitors is used in different scopes and different conditions. Some corrosion inhibitors, for instance, poly phosphorus type of corrosion inhibitor, although the effect is good, it is difficult to be biodegradable, and it does not meet environmental protection requirements. Organic corrosion inhibitor is non-toxic, non-polluting and resolves Polyphosphazenes formation of calcium phosphate fouling problem and hydrolysis problem, environmental issues. It is applied in high pH, high acidity, high hardness and high concentration of water quality, and therefore has been widely used. One of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor derivatives isn't special smell, the structure of linear imidazoline and experiment determine their good thermal stabilities, low toxicity, and it is easy to form a protective membrane at the metal surface,therefore, It is wide to use in the field of industrial water treatment applications. In this article imidazoline derivatives are as of end-capped polyether agent,it has been at lower friction as agent for crude oil extraction on the basis of the modified compound . imidazoline derivatives was found at high temperature under the condition of carbon steel which has obvious inhibition effect.First of all, the first part of this article summarizes the progress of corrosion inhibitors and application of corrosion inhibitors, introducing the classification, then evaluation criteria and method were discussed in the application of corrosion inhibitor in several problems, mainly focusing on organic amines as raw materials to the process of preparation of organic corrosion inhibitors. through the compound contrast, the preparation of medium and static corrosion weight loss hanging experiments, evaluation of corrosion performance, and with reference to the evaluation criteria identified several properties of good corrosion inhibitors to discuss the inhibition mechanism. At the same time comparing several commonly inhibitor of the corrosion inhibition performance. Finally, in view of the current research at inhibitor problems and a variety of different use of corrosion inhibitor, the article brings forward to development and application prospects of the corrosion inhibitor in the future direction.The other part is to explore process conditions of dealing with cotton linter, which is also known as cotton linter cotton seed velvet, through the role of the cotton gin, the cottonseed at the surface is also attached as part of short fibers and hair-intensive, cotton linter as a by-product of cottonseed processing , and its production of cotton processing is extremely important and the use of cotton linter is also more and more widely. China is a big cotton country, cotton linter production of larger quantity to address the traditional cotton production problems, through the new process handle cotton linter, cotton linter use of our country is of great significance. the first ,article summarizes a short overview about our country velveteen technology development, and then introduce the industry commonly used on short velveteen treatment technologies, On this basis, comparing with the traditional processing techniques and experimental conditions to explore, through the many experimental data, we identified a new processing condition of dealing with cotton linter.
