The oiliness of incoming water is high up to5000mg/L in No.1extra-heavy oil processing station oil tank farm in Xinjiang Oilfield Windy City operation area, and it contains around400mg/L susptended matter in water.Additional investment of water treatment agent totally amount in400-500mg/L during wastewater treatment procession, which transform suspended matter to sludge discharge from to achieve the purpose of sewage purification.Wherein the purifying agent having SDJ-E1is good flocculation will need to use, however, it is a weak acid solution, PH value of about3.2, so that the purified water pipelines, water pipelines, filter backwash pump inlet line, and filter lift pump outlet pipelines caused a greater degree of corrosion.In this paper, for each treated water processed coupon indoor evaluation%coupon on-site evaluation、pHarmacy coupon evaluation, due to knowing sewage system corrosion situation of the No.1extra-heavy oil processing station in Xinjiang Oilfield Windy City operation area.The results obtained sewage treatment pHarmacy SDJ-El and SDJ-E2is the main reason causing corrosion, second is the storage tank.The corrosion rate in medium is0.2678mm/a if the storage tank outlet plus reverse demulsifier, because the demulsifier is due to an acid increased corrosion.Aimed this, we synthesized the inhibitor for the stations.Oleic acid with diethylenetriamine(DETA) at mole ratio of1:1.2, and adding suitable amount of xylene as water carrying agent, the reaction under constant temperature of220℃. Oleic acid, diethylenetriamine as raw materials in different reaction temperature by different reaction time compounded the series of imidazoline intermediates, which were been quaternary amination with benzyl chloride, chloroacetic acid dimethyl, diethyl sulfate, sulfuric acid, glacial acetic acid five kinds of quaternary ammonium reagent, finally the imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor was obtained. By experimental research:under the same conditions of benzyl chloride is the best quaternary ammonium reagent.Synthesis of the desired optimum condition is:the first step:oleic-acid/DETA(molar ratio)=1:(1.2-1.4),Catalyst dosage of xylene is oleate dosage of30%, the temperature of220℃;the second step:intermediate/benzyl chloride(molar ratio)=1:1.5, with water as solvent.reaction temperature70-80℃,reaction time5h.Studies have shown that adding50PPM imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt compound corrosion inhibitor can lower the corrosion status in No.1extra-heavy oil processing station sewage medium.Using indoor static weight-loss method for the synthesis of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt compound corrosion inhibitor performance is evaluated.After the use of the corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion≤0.076mm/a which are up to the standard of SY/T5273-2000.
